“I’ve loved every second of purchasing and watching Lex’s creation come to life. I’d been struggling over what to buy my dad for his birthday and saw some of Lex’s beautiful animal portraits and knew I had to gift one to him.

I sent over a selection of photos of his dogs and she kept me up to date with the whole process. She sent me photos whilst sketching, then the first few layers of watercolour and then the final painting. I was always asked if anything needed changing and the attention to detail was incredible.

I couldn’t believe how lifelike the final piece was. So much so that my toddler saw the painting and knew straight away that it was his Grandad’s dogs.
