Ordering & Shipping
What are your lead times?
For UK orders, standard delivery is 3-5 working days.
Express shipping is available to be selected at checkout (1-3 working days)
For orders going outside of the UK please allow 7-14 working days.
For any personalised orders, please allow an additional 5 day period to allow for the creation of these items, and then time for the post to arrive.
Any (non personalised) order placed before 1pm on a weekday, will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders after 1pm are sent the next working day. During busy periods we may need more time to ship your order, but we will be in contact should there be any delays.

Do you ship internationally?
We absolutely do! International parcels are sent via a tracked service.
USA & rest of the world:
Card pricing: £3.50
Small parcel: £19.95
Europe: We have currently had to pause on European shipping due to the new GPSR regulations. We are working on rectifying this so shipping can resume as normal.
International Customers Please Note: Your parcel may be subject to customs clearance (and sometimes duties) depending on the value of your order and your delivery address. Little Roglets is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipment times may vary due to customs procedures outside of our control.
My order is a gift, can you send items directly to a recipient?
We can. With the price of stamps having gone up, we understand wanting to save on extra postage.
All you need to do is double check that the intended recipient’s address is correct and add a note at checkout if you’d like us to hand write a card or a gift message to pop in the order.
Returns
We hope that you are happy with your order, but if you’ve changed your mind, please email orders@littleroglets.com within 14 days of receiving your item, to log your return. It is important to email us first as items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Providing your order is not damaged, you can return your item(s) for a full refund.
All items must be sent back in their original packaging, with tags on if applicable. Items will be checked upon receiving back to our warehouse, and if satisfactory, a full refund will be issued.
It is recommended that you send your order back via a tracked service, and please note you are liable for your own postage costs and we do not refund original shipping costs.
Faulty or damaged items?
If on arrival, your order is damaged or faulty, please let us know immediately by emailing orders@littleroglets.com, so we can arrange any replacements to be sent to you.
Please note: You are liable to let us know of any faults or damages of your order as soon as possible. If a faulty product is logged outside a window of 7 working days since receiving your order - we unfortunately can not accept this and will not be able to process a replacement.
What is your returns policy?
We hope that you are happy with your order, but if for any reason you wish to return something, please email orders@littleroglets.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Your return will be logged and the necessary information on how to send your item(s) back will be provided.
All items must be sent back in original packaging, with tags on and after a passable quality check - your refund will be processed.
It is recommended that you send your item back via a tracked service. Please note that you are liable for your own postage costs and we do not refund original shipping costs.
Products
Is the jigsaw puzzle suitable for under the age of 5?
It’s absolutely fine for ages below 5, but no younger than 3 years old for safety purposes. We recommend ages 5 and above due to the amount of pieces and difficulty of the jigsaw.
Are your items wipe clean?
Yes! For our early learning, more hands on items, we have designed these with the intention of them being wipeable. Our flashcards can be cleaned due to their coating, and where our puzzle is wooden, this can also be cleaned meaning each Little Roglets product lasts longer.
Where are your products made?
All of our items are made in the UK, and the UK only. We pride ourselves on the production of items only in Britain, and are firm supporters of supporting other small businesses in our supply chain when we can.
How long do your products last?
We want your items to be cherished, so we spend a lot of time sourcing the right materials and suppliers for our items. For example, our prints are Giclée printed as opposed to digitally printed (which means they have a longer life span) and other items are printed onto high quality materials which also adds to their longevity.
Do you offer any discounts for bulk orders?
You are best applying for a trade account here, or emailing orders@littleroglets.com to request more information.
Clothing
Are your clothes suitable for cloth nappies?
Yes we have designed the items with this in mind. To cater to both. But there’s definitely room for cloth :)
How do I figure out sizing?
Sizing is shown on a size guide under each item of clothing.
Can we exchange?
Yes if the size isn’t correct then you can send items back (please note that you are liable for your own postage cost and we do not refund original shipping cost) to exchange for a bigger or smaller size. It is requested that all tags and labels are still on the item for this to happen.

Where are they made?
Proudly in the UK. We wanted to reduce our carbon footprint where possible and wanted to support UK manufacturing.
Sustainability
Fabric
All of our fabric is responsibly sourced and meets the standards for OEKO-TEX for organic cotton.
Organic cotton isn't only better for children’s sensitive skin, but by choosing organic you are also being kinder to the planet. Organic = no nasty chemicals.
It is our mission to minimise fabric waste where we can, where all offcuts get recycled.
Local Businesses
As mentioned, we want to support other local businesses where possible. We knew from the start that we wanted the items to be manufactured here in the UK which we just love. We spent a long time sourcing local suppliers, for promotional material, printers - behind each and every one of them is another small business owner doing a happy dance every time an order comes in.
Packaging
We believe in the importance of making the customer experience one of luxury from start to finish. Yet also strongly want to have as little waste as possible.
Our packaging for our clothing is printed with soy-based inks, on FSC-certified paper, and is acid, sulphur, and lignin-free. It’s 100% compostable, recyclable, and is made from recycled materials. Our supplier also plants one tree for every order made.
